"It’s often hard finding a good partner, let alone a perfect one! ITB Fulfillment is as close to perfect of a partner you’ll find! They do a great job operationally, ensuring customers receive their orders on time. When it comes to customizations, integrations, or specific requirements, they work hard to make things happen for us. Can’t recommend ITB enough and we’re excited to continue growing with them as a partner."

“We’ve worked with the ITB Fulfillment team for over four years, and they have always been consistently outstanding. Jeff and his team are not only incredibly responsive and hardworking but always just a phone call away. As our business has evolved and required new customizations, ITB has adapted easily, all while maintaining fantastic service. When other 3PLs have approached us, I always shut it down—there’s no way we’re leaving ITB. They’re simply the best!

"We started our business with the team behind ITB in 2016 while at another location. Because of the attention to detail, customer service and growing capabilities, we moved with them when they started ITB Fulfillment and love the growing relationship. Our business relies primarily on ecommerce 3PL services but the growing need for B2B and Retail has been met with open arms. Given their location outside of Atlanta, and the expertise behind what they do, I would highly recommend ITB Fulfillment for anyone looking to expand their footprint."

“ITB Fulfillment is the best 3PL we have ever worked with! Jeff reached out after our successful Kickstarter campaign to help. We don't usually respond to cold pitches, but something about the way Jeff offered to help caught our attention. We are so glad to have taken a chance because the last few years have been incredible. ITB Fulfillment offers very competitive rates and provides some of the best customer experiences we've ever had with third party warehouses. ITB has also been able to smoothly support our 10X growth occurring in the last several years. Definitely recommended!”
